WARRANTY POLICY
1. Warranty Eligibility
- Warranty applies to all qualifying parts except electronic parts, which are sold AS-IS.
2. Warranty Coverage for Engines & Transmissions
- ATLAS provides warranty coverage on all engines and transmissions to ensure customers receive functional, OEM used engines and transmissions.
3. Warranty Remedies
- Repair the defective part
- Replace the defective part
- Refund the purchase price
4. Required Installation Procedures
All installations must be performed by a certified technician. Failure to follow the procedures voids the warranty.
4.1 Engine Installation Requirements
- Replace engine oil (OEM specs)
- Replace all filters (oil, air, fuel)
- Replace gaskets: valve cover, rear main seal, oil pan
- Replace timing components as needed
- Replace thermostat and gasket
- Flush cooling system
- Install new spark plugs and wires
4.2 Transmission / Transfer Case Requirements
- Replace fluids (OEM specs)
- Install new filter and seals
- Flush cooling lines
- Properly seat torque converter
- Clear transmission codes
- Adjust TPS cable
5. Proof of Installation & Maintenance
- A certified mechanic’s installation proof is required.
- Modified or improperly installed parts are not covered.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Processing
- Orders ship within 1–3 business days
- Delivery estimate: 5–15 business days
- No P.O. Box shipping
- Tracking provided when shipped
- Carrier delays beyond our control
7. Inspection & Damage Reporting
- Inspect shipment at delivery
- Report visible damage immediately or refuse delivery
- Hidden damage must be reported within 3 business days
- Incorrect/incompatible parts must be reported within 7 days
8. Required Documentation for Claims
- Photos/videos of defect
- Certified mechanic diagnostic report
- Installation invoice
- Completed RMA form
9. Exclusions
- Labor or installation costs
- Towing or storage fees
- Rental vehicles
- Damage due to misuse, overheating, improper installation
10. Non-Transferable Warranty
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
11. Interchangeability Notice
- A compatible interchangeable part may be supplied.
12. Installation in Non-Interchangeable Vehicles
- 25% restocking fee applies
- Two-way shipping costs apply
13. Refused Deliveries & Non-Defective Returns
- Refused shipments: 25% restocking fee + shipping
- Non-defective returns: 25% restocking fee
14. Order Cancellations
- May incur a 25% cancellation fee.
All disputes will be resolved in Forsyth County, Georgia courts.
15. Engine Warranty Details
Covered components:
- Engine block
- Cylinder heads
- Pistons
- Crankshaft
- Rocker arms
- Oil pump
Warranty voided if heat tab is melted/removed/tampered.
Not covered (AS-IS):
- Sensors
- Covers
- Wiring
- Injectors
- Manifolds
- Turbos
- All bolt-on accessories
16. Transmission Requirements
- OEM dealer reprogramming required before test driving.
17. CVT Transmission Requirements
- Clean oil pan
- Flush lines
- Replace cooler
- Use new CVT fluid + filters
- OEM dealer reprogramming
18. Refund Eligibility
- Returned parts must match original condition with identification marks intact.
19. Used Parts Disclosure
- Parts are used OEM components
- Cosmetic imperfections may exist
- All parts tested for function
20. Mileage Disclosure
- Mileage estimates based on available records; exact mileage not guaranteed.
21. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- No returns without a valid RMA number.
22. Claim Requirements
- Must be submitted within warranty period
- Must include diagnostic report + installation proof
- All documents required within 7 days of claim
23. Return Condition Requirements
- Returns must be complete and in same condition; completed within 7 days.
24. AS-IS Parts
- AS-IS parts are not covered under any warranty.
